Visual Basic tutorial - how to make a marquee scrolling text

In this tutorial I will make a simple marquee. I do apologies due to the fact I upgraded from VB6 to VB8 and I know most of my viewers have VB6. Well a marquee is basicly scrolling text. Sounds pretty simple and it is.
