PLS READ FOR TUTORiAL
Step 1: Click at Titel and Credits
Step 2: Click at Title overlay on the selected clip
Step 3: Write your name or whatever 
Step 4: Change your title animation
Step 5: Take the animation ,,Banner at the top”
Step 6: Change the colours and make the border transparent (50% - 60%)
Step 7: Draw the border from the start to the end of your video
