A PS Guide To Creating Monotone Images In 7 Steps

A few people have asked me how I make the images (or where I get them from) to draw in that special way I do, so I decided to make a tutorial.

I created it assuming that some of you won’t have had much experience with image editing software, so don’t be offended by the video. In other words, I’m not trying to patronise you, I’m just putting everything in lamen’s terms, so even if you’re not computer savvy, you could probably still do this.

The program I used was Photoshop Elements. All image editing software will have the same basic capabilities that I used, but may use different terminology, so if you’re having trouble, just ask me and I might be able to help you.

The software I used to make the video was iMovie (not impressed). The music is from the 28 Days Later OST. The image I used was a still of Christopher Eccleston as Major Henry West from the 2002 film 28 Days Later.

I apologise if you find it difficult to read the text. I didn’t think about it at the time. Just let me know and I’ll be happy to e-mail you the full size video.
