PSP Layer & Blend Mode Techniques
Yay! First video tutorial 
Anyways:
This video is crappy quality…sorry, not much I can do about that…also, if the video seems like it’s stopped, it’s just PSP freezing up because of the screen recorder program thing I’m using.
But, basically, this is to show you how to use layers and the blend modes to add cool effects to your images. Enjoy!
(By the way, I wrote “Demi” on it because I think that the celebrity picture I’m using is of Demi Moore…haha)
The music is Dance, Dance by Fall Out Boy…don’t ask why, I don’t know. I just thought music would make it a bit more…interesting…I guess? lol. Sorry the music runs out, the video is longer than the song.
