How to make picture and picture video using Adobe Elements (HD)
So after 2-3 months of putting this project on the side, I finally finished it up…thank god. There were three problems with completing this “How To”. 1. Most screen capture programs were absolutely horrible! But after researching through google and YouTube, I found that Camtasia Studio was the best route. After tinkering with the recording program, I had a lot of fun zooming in my Adobe screen. Might have over done it though
