A tutorial on how to make an animation on a picture that you have created on paint, or used a camera and put it on your computer.
Example: Making an animation of a stick figure in your hand walked around your body.
I am using a Penguin Picture for this. I use camtasia to record (Bought it.) and I use Flash to make an animation (Also Bought it. )
