Gimp GAP 3d In 3d
Pseudo 3d in 3d animation made with Gimp, GAP (Gimp Animation Package) and finally ffmpeg. Gimp has some basic 3d mapping functions and combined with GAP’s capabilities I was able to come up with a method to make this little sample animation. As with most things, we build on the past, and I want to thank users fencepost and Gargoyle of http://www.gimptalk.com. Their tutorials largely helped me to arrive at this piece.
